What is your reservation policy? Are there penalties for
early cancellations? Do I need to pay a deposit? |

Spectrum Resorts has a NO RISK Reservation Policy at all of
our properties. This simply means we do not require a deposit to
hold your reservation. Additionally, if you decide to cancel
your reservation for any reason you will not be charged. We
believe you should not be penalized because your plans changed
unexpectedly. |

What happens if there is a problem with the rental, or we
are unsatisfied? |

While we are proud of our 99% Customer Satisfaction Rating,
we strive for perfection. If there is a problem during your stay
please let us know and we will do everything possible to make
sure you leave satisfied. At Turquoise and The Beach Club, we
are the only onsite property manager so our staff will be
available 24/7 to address any problem you may have.
Additionally, our partners at Caribe Resort are known as being among
the best in the business when it comes to taking care of guests. |

Are the rentals owned by the rental company or by
individuals? |

At Turquoise and Caribe, Spectrum Resorts owns the units. At
The Beach Club, Spectrum Resorts is the official onsite manager
of nearly 400 units and oversees all onsite activities from the
restaurants to the spa to the pool services |

When can I check-in? |
| |
Normal Check-in time is at 4:00 PM CST. However, we do offer
priority check-in. If you have a specific request please contact
Spectrum Resorts for more information. |

When do I have to check-out? |
| |
You must check out by 10:00 AM CST unless prior arrangements
were made at check in. Just let us know your needs and we will
work to find a solution which meets your needs. |

Do you have a valet? How about a bell hop for help with
luggage? |

Our properties do not have a traditional valet or bellman.
When it comes to extras for our guests, we analyze every
decision very carefully and we understand how to deliver an
exceptional vacation experience while also keeping our rates as
low as possible-without these services. |
